BIRD (Billing, Inquiry, Records, and Drop/Add) is the University automated telephone system used for adding/dropping courses, viewing grades, and obtaining financial aid information.

BIRD hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. EST daily. BIRD is unavailable on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
