**For loan recipients, a $278.00 loan origination fee is allowable and is included in budget figures above. D.PT. students are NOT eligible for the Additional Unsubsidized (HEAL) loan limits.

Health Insurance: All students can have their budget increased for the cost of health insurance that they are obligated to pay.

The above budget does not include costs for UB Health Insurance which you will be required to purchase if you are not already covered by your own (or parent) health plan.
