Estimated Cost of Attendance - Medical School (2005 - 2006)

Full-time Enrollment (12.0 credit hours) Required.

Please Note:

• Except for the last row, all figures are calculated for In-State Residency
• The charges listed below may change without prior notice

1. First year medical students can have their budgets increased by $450 for PDAs.
2. Second year medical students can have their budgets increased by $500 for Step 1.
3. Third year medical students can have their budgets increased by $1645.00 for added housing costs.
4. Fourth year medical students may have their budgets increased for Step 2 by $1920.

Health Insurance: All students can have their budget increased for the cost of health insurance that they are obligated to pay.

* Comprehensive fee includes the health service, transportation, campus life, technology, college fee and transcript fee.

** For loan recipients, a $578.00 loan origination fee is allowable and is included in budget figures above.

Note - Step 2 breakdown: $445 Clinical Knowledge Exam, $975 Clinical Skills Exam, $500 Travel. $1420 for Clinical skills and knowledge can be added to the third year budget instead of the 4th year at the student's request.
