38-DOCUMENTATION OF VA RELEASE ORDER
The Department of Veteran's Affairs has confirmed that you are currently serving in the U. S. Armed Forces. You indicated on your FAFSA that you will be released from active duty by June 30, 2008. If you are currently on active duty but will be separated from the military during the school year, provide a letter from your military branch indicating that you will be separated from the military prior to June 30, 2008. If you are not and will not be a veteran, you must change the answer to question 55 from “Yes” to “No” and provide parental information, including the signature of at least one of your parents.
