41-CONTACT DEPT OF ED FOR OVERPAYMENT INFO
The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) indicates that you received at least one overpayment of federal student aid funds. You are required by law to repay any funds received from the federal student aid programs to which you were not entitled. You are not eligible to receive any federal student aid until your overpayment has been resolved. You must access nslds.ed.gov using your Department of Education Federal PIN to determine the agency contact information regarding your overpayment(s) of federal student aid. You may call the U.S. Department of Education at 800-621-3115 to resolve your overpayment.
