82-SEND FINAL HS TRANSCRIPT TO ADMISSIONS

You need to send a final official high school transcript to the Admissions Office, 12 Capen Hall, Buffalo, NY 14260-1660. For additional information, contact the Admissions Office at (716) 645-6900.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT REQUIREMENT:

Notification about the high school transcript requirement is intentionally issued prior to summer.  UB understands that the current semester may not have ended, but we must have your final high school transcript by August 1, or your financial aid may not disburse.  

Please note you are responsible to make payment by the due date. If your financial aid disbursement is delayed by not meeting the HS transcript requirement, then your balance will not be paid. You may receive a late payment fee if the amount owed is not paid by the due date.
