Declared Major (Intended Major)

Every undergraduate not yet into an Accepted Major (Approved Major) should have a Declared Major (Intended Major). On your first attempt to register each spring and fall, you will be asked to supply your Declared Major (Intended Major).

Note: DARS reads this in order to create a degree evaluation. If you are considering another major, DARS can help you with this decision. Simply log into DARS through MyUB and ask for a report for another major.

If you want to have a Declared Major (Intended Major) added or changed, log into MyUB and change it online using the “Web Registration” link in the Academics/Courses index or by using BIRD.
