Degree Application and Conferral

University students intending to graduate must complete an Application for Degree Form at the beginning of the last enrollment semester. Undergraduate and graduate students must apply to Student Academic Records & Financial Services before the conferral application deadline.

Medical, dental, and law students should contact their respective Student Service Office for information about degree conferral.

Degree requirements are reviewed after the Application for Degree Form is received by Student Academic Records & Financial Services.
