Information Release & FERPA
The university may publish directory and other information about you, including your name, current address, telephone number, email address, major field of study, dates of attendance, and degrees and awards received.
The university may also release directory and information to interested organizations.
If you do not want your directory and information released, please complete the Request for Directory and Information Release/Non-Release Form, and return it to Student Academic Records & Financial Services, or in person at the Student Response Center, 232 Capen Hall.
You may use the same form if you decide to reinstate directory and information release.
Directory and other information will still be shared within the university for educational and administrative purposes even if you choose non-release.
